30 DBC- Day 30

This is the end, my friends! I made it! Yipee!

SO, the last prompt is what are my plans for the rest of my life.

Well, I intend to spend the remainder of my life with Ryan. I would love to finish school and get my nursing degree. I'm leaning towards OB-GYN nursing, but we'll see! I would love to buy a house with him and have kids...one boy, one girl and then a set of twins. We have talked about names already....and there is a good chance we will have twins (Ryan's gramps on his mom side is a twin, Ry's uncle on his dad's side is a twin and my mom is a twin, so even if it skips a generation or is just on one side, we're covered! :) ) If we can't have kids for some reason, we're going to buy a farmhouse, re-do it and get a lot of doggies.

But, of course, things don't go how you plan, and who knows what the future holds!?!

So, I promised you photos on day 10, so here it is....or they are! I figured I owed you more than one since it's been awhile....

I was almost three

Five. For Easter

Seven. I was a princess for Halloween

Nine. I am a rollerblading phenomenon.

And, I found this one of my Wishbone doggie when she was a puppy. Aww!

SO, my plans for the blog is to be an 'update-what's going on'/recipes/crafts(fabric earring tutorial coming)/recaps of my honeymoon (I never did that!)/and anything else you guys what to hear. Let me know!! :)

30 DBC- Day 14

*Favorite Non Fiction*

I really don't read non fiction books. But the first one that came to mind is a copy I own of Edgar Allen Poe's Poems and Short Stories. For some reason, I'm super fascinated with Poe. I remember one time I was reading "The Fall of the House of Usher" at work, and someone came up to talk to me (desk job) and I didn't know that they were there and I kinda yelped and jumped. Shoot. The thing is, I used to read Poe when I was little...I think I even remember a Wishbone on one of his stories? Maybe not. Sidenote, when Wishbone was super popular, I had a wishbone dog. Yea, I know...you're pretty jealous.

Monday, March 15

I've got a fever...

....and the only prescription is more cowbell!

Just Kidding.

I've heard that most brides (new wives) get baby fever a few months after the wedding. However, I have a feeling (with the combination of my age and schooling) that I'm going to get puppy fever!

AHHH!!! How cute?!?

This is really the dog that I want, though:

It's a papillon dog, also known as a 'butterfly' dog due to it's ears.

Seriously, how could you turn down that face?
In my research that I've conducted (sites like wikipedia and dog breed info) it's a really great dog. It's small enough for apartment living and it isn't yappy ( I really don't like small yappy dogs).  They still can be taken on five mile walks and they're not possessive of their owners. The reason that I think I really want one is because about a year ago, we went to a friend of a friend's house and they had a little papillon.  I fell in love. L-O-V-E. Yes, this will be my 'fever'.
