I'm a MRS!

Due to my job, I have not been able to blog as much as I would like. However, since I have lots of new material to talk about (pretty sure I got married or something?) I am going to at least write and fill you in on the details of the wedding/honeymoon on the weekends....and who knows, maybe there will be a week day post in there too!!

So, first things first. We do not have our wedding pictures back-our photographer said about a month (which is still almost two weeks away!) but, there are plenty of HONEYMOON pictures! :)

As stated previously, we honeymooned on the island of Eleuthera, in the Bahamas. We had rented a house with a private beach, and let me tell you, it was the PERFECT honeymoon. No tourist, no noise (except the waves crashing on our beach), no traffic, nothing. And expect for Ryan getting a little sun burned, we didn't have any problems! But, I'm sure you're sick of me talking and want to see pictures!!

I'm only going to show you the first day, but believe me, there will be more!

So, there you have it! The first day wasn't really eventful, we'd been up since 2 am and we were tired! But there will be much more to come including snorkeling videos! :) Stay tuned!

P.S. I'm MARRIED!! I still am so so so excited about that! I love it.

The best day of my life

Weather...

I've been obsessing over the weather since we were 10 days out! Now that it's SEVEN days away, I'm starting to get a pretty good forecast of what the day is going to be like-and I'm not liking the results.

It says on weather.com: 30% chance of thnderstorms, 81 degrees.
It says on accuweather.com: warm with periods of rain, 83 degrees.
It says on woodtv.com (local weather station): rain in the evening, 82 degrees.

So, they all have agreed, rain and low 80's.

I don't mind the 80's, it's the rain that's going to kill us. And I don't even mind if it rains in the morning or in the night, as long as the afternoon (so we can set everything up) and evening(so we can get married!) is beautiful, that's all that matters. Anytime before 2 and after 7, I can live with!

Which would be cool, but not beautiful, sunny day cool. 

And we have a surprise sweet getaway vehicle that we wouldn't be able to use if it rained.

Just cross your fingers for me, k?

Stupid Wedding Poofs

So, remember the poof tissue paper balls I was soo excited about? Well, I got a huge group of girls together and we all sat down and decided to make some! We worked for about two hours and made almost half-about 42 of them! I was so super excited with this progress, I would be lying if I told you that these decorations didn't stress me out a little bit since we're 8 DAYS away!

However, there is a down side to this cheerful story.

I unfortunately got carried away when I was cutting and chopped my hand!

My mom said that I should've gotten stitches, it's a little deep (I could see my bone when I did it) but, silly me didn't want to. O well.

Did I mention 8 days until I get married!?

Beauty and Make-up

Has anyone ever heard of Tiffany D? I found her on youtube when I was looking for wedding make-up and have become addicted to her tutorials. I love how super happy and perky she is, and she makes everything look super easy!
